Café records and billing system:

Abstract

This project is all about café records and billing system whose main goal is manage proper information regarding to the billing and reservation of records The main objective was to develop café records and billing system which will focus on proper management of information regarding the staffs, billing and reservation records. It is also specialized in automatically processing the customer bills and discounts. I also generated specific objectives such as; to review literature review of café records and billing system, to analyze and design a café records and billing system, to develop and implement a café records and billing system, to test and validate a café records and billing system In coming up with a working café records and billing system, I had to do literature review which covered journals and related materials on the project. I also used interviews and questionnaires as methods of data collection. The system design was then made possible through the use context diagram, ERDs and DFD which stated the relationship between the different entities and tables of the system The project was developed using major programming languages like PHP which is a server-side scripting language used to implement functionalities of the system like admin logins, HTML which basically works on the browser to create the interface’s structure.
