Abstract:
School Fees is the money paid by the students to the schools in order to facilitate the
school in provision of education in order to attain given carrier in future. Thus the
process of handling Fees Records manually is very troublesome and clumsy. As
regards to this point of view, the computerized system for handling the activities of
Fees Records Management provides a comprehensive way to lessen physical labor,
to reduce complexity of the manual system and soon. This project work aim to
design and implement a computerized Fees Records Management system and was
designed and implemented using Visual Studio and SQL server management
database system. The system was developed using the V-Model software development
approach.
Fees Records Management System (FRMS) is a project which aims at developing a
computerized system to maintain all the Fees Records of Bukhalika Secondary School.
This project has many features which are generally not available in normal Fess
Records Management systems like facility of choosing the Role like Bursar, DOS or
Headteacher before Logging in. It also has a facility of admin login (Bursar) through
which the admin can monitor the whole system. It has also a facility where
Headteacher and DOS just login in the system and vie the list of registered student
and their payment status only but change can be made the system by any of these
two. Overall this project of is being developed to help the Bursar as well as
Headteacher and DOS to maintain the Fees Records in the best way possible and also
reduce the bulkiness of work.
