The industrial training and classroom knowledge are highly correlated in a way that the classroom knowledge gives a comprehensive view of what is actually done in the field, the same way the field experience gives a better understanding of what has been covered in class. Challenges faced during the training include; longer working hours, failure in fulfilling planned activities, poor turn up of the instructors and technicians in some sections etc. In conclusion, amidst the above challenges, the various activities and operations carried out during the industrial training at Adraa Agriculture College (AAC) has made me acquire more skills and experience. Therefore, I conclude that the internship was successfully done. The following recommendations were made both to the university and Adraa agriculture I college; to the university, timely supervision of students to monitor their activities at the place of attachment so as to improve the quality of their work and to Adraa Agriculture College; proper time management by technicians or instructor to encourage smooth flow of activities. en_US
