Abstract:
The training was carried out with Moyo district Farmers Association from 19th June 2023 to 13th August 2023 as scheduled by the university, it also shows the brief heights of training and details are explained in various chapters, this report is elaborated in four chapters. Chapter one high lights on the background of the industrial training, a bout organization (MFDA) and the objectives of internship.
Chapter two high lights on description of the activities performed during the attachment which includes;- training and demonstration of various field activities like nature based climate adaption, land preparation, high yielding vegetables crop varieties, field marking on demonstrated banana gardens and NAROCAS1 Cassava, we also conducted training on planting of NABE 1 beans, LONGE 5 maize, sunflower AGUARA 6 variety, field inspection and was concluded with supervision done by MR. AMAYO ROBERT.
Chapter three summarizes the skills and qualification gained responsibilities under taken, influence of the training with classroom work, innovations and challenges faced during the industrial training.
Chapter four contains the conclusion and recommendation for the field attachment. The report is concluded with different appendices of the field attachment.
