This final year project report presents the design and implementation of an innovative HC-05
Bluetooth module-controlled juice blending and dispensing system using a mobile application by
identifying weaknesses in existing systems, designing system and parts, developing a mobile
application, finding and integrating a Bluetooth module that communicates with mobile
application, integrating Bluetooth module with microcontroller, integrating four channel relays
with blender, integrating microcontroller with 4 channel relays and testing and validating the
system parts and the system. The system enables users to select their preferred juice recipe and
quantity through a user-friendly mobile app, which wirelessly communicates with the HC-05
Bluetooth module. The module controls the blending and dispensing process, ensuring reduction
of human effort and time needed to blend and dispense juice.
The system was developed using a combination of hardware and software components, including
the HC-05 Bluetooth module, four channel relays, Arduino Uno microcontroller, and a mobile
application developed using Android Studio. The system was tested and evaluated for its
performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction, demonstrating excellent results.
The key results of the system include: Wireless control and automation of juice blending and
dispensing using HC-05 Bluetooth module, User-friendly mobile application for adding water,
syrup mixing and dispensing juice, Precise control of ingredients and dispensing, Efficient and
automated operation.
This project demonstrates the potential of IoT technology and mobile applications in
revolutionizing the food and beverage industry. The developed system can be adapted and scaled
for commercial applications, offering a competitive edge in the market. The report provides a
comprehensive overview of the project, including the design, development, testing, and
evaluation of the system. |
