Abstract:
The internship was carried out for the reason of acquiring the award of a bachelor’s degree in tourism and travel management at Busitema university faculty of management sciences. The objectives of the internship were to develop ability to blend into team, understand structure and operation of enterprise, develop the capacity of analyzing, assessing and developing suggestions for tourism improvement, understand peculiarities of their operations and the roles of team and carrying out their activities and to get used with tourism and hospitality industry enterprises and organizations. The methods used for collecting information from the field were observation, recording, interview and photography. This report highlights the skills obtained and activities carried out during the internship period and how relevant they were to the professional career growth to me. not only there are highlights on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the organization, materials used, like books and pens, binoculars, and birding guidebooks. It’s found out that Bwindi Impenetrable National Park offers professional career growth services and offer their services to clients at minimum price.
