An online birth certificate registration system.

Abstract

This report describes the development, implementation and testing of an online birth certificate registration system that can be used to display the birth certificate of any citizen once they have the application ID, and this is what we refer to as the birth certificate unique number. The developed system provides a home page which has the login interfaces for the admin, the users and the check page for the citizens. The developed system is able to upload data into the data base, display the verified information and also retrieve the certificate whenever needed in a period of a few minutes. It has been fun during the development of this online birth certificate registration system because I have learnt a lot and also applied those things that I had already learnt before in class.
