This study was undertaken to investigate the relationship between stakeholder engagement, managerial accountability, and project success within education infrastructure projects in Budaka district local administration. The goals of the research were; to examine the relationship between informing stakeholders and project success in education infrastructure projects in the local government of Budaka district, to examine the relationship between consulting stakeholders and project success in education infrastructure projects in the local government of Budaka district, to examine the relationship between involving stakeholders and project success in education infrastructure projects in the local government of Budaka district and to examine the mediating function of managerial accountability in the relationship between stakeholder engagement and project success in the case of education infrastructure projects in Budaka district. The research used a cross-sectional survey methodology using numerical approaches whereby 187 questionnaires were fully filled and returned for data analysis. Results show that both informing stakeholders and project success are favorably co-related, there is a noteworthy relationship between consulting stakeholders and project success, and there is a strong co-relation between involving stakeholders and project success in the case of education infrastructure projects in Budaka district. Similarly, the study indicated that managerial accountability partially mediates the relationship between stakeholder engagement and project success in education infrastructural projects. Therefore, stakeholder engagement has an impact on the project success of education projects in Budaka District Local Government. Managerial accountability affects project success in regards to these projects. Among the recommendations, stakeholders ought to be engaged at all stages of these projects and supervisors of projects should be responsible, while exercising the necessary autonomy and authority to ensure successful project implementation.

The internship period covers duration of two months activities that were carried out at Buffalo safari lodge and these were; participating in the all departments of the hospitality establishment, participating in the wildlife conservation as detailed below in the chapters. Chapter one talks about the introduction of internship, objectives of internship, historical background of Buffalo safari lodge, description of BSL , vision and mission of BSL ,management of BSL, departments of BSL , sketch map of BSL, and its organizational structure, Chapter two covers the materials and methods used in the field to achieve my internship objectives, ofresults and discussion of internship (tours and travel/hospitality) issues and finally presentation of proposed tourism issues at the internship place. Chapter three presents a clear description of materials and methods i used at the work place, Presentations of results and discussion of findings, presentation of a well detailed areas of improvement and a detailed proposed work plan and how it can be achieved. Chapter four summarizes the skills learnt and how they are relevant with my professional and carrier growth, the evaluation of the strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the organisation and level of accomplishmentof other activities assigned to me as a student by the field supervisor. Chapter five covers the recommendations, conclusions and the reference.

This report gives account of my stay at Hotel Le ConfidentielArua for a period of 8 weeks working in several hotel departments that is front desk(reception),food and beverage (service),kitchen and housekeeping under the supervision of the various department managers and overall the manager. Chapter one, contains the background of the internship, the details of the profile of Hotel Le Confidentiel Arua. It also entails the objectives of the internship. Chapter two includes all the methods and materials used in the field to achieve the objectives of the field attachment. Chapter three, include the discussion and findings that I attained from the internship. Chapter four includes the details of the student’s experience. The internship training was carried out at MRH. The internship training was aimed at exposing the internee with practical knowledge extracted from the theoretical knowledge got from lectures in the lecture room and, acquire professional competencies to enable the student to compete in the job market around the world in the hospitality sector. The report consists of the background of internship, objectives of the internship, description of the organization, vision, and activities carried out while in the field. The internee participated in various activities such as welcoming guests, arranging halls for guests, serving buffets and as the internee was able to learn valuable lessons such as communication skills, flexibility, good inter-personal relationships, record keeping, proper documentation, ethical code of conduct, time management, among others. All in all, the internship training equipped the student with practical skills despite the theoretical skills she acquired while attending lectures. Thus it was necessary for the internee to undertake the industrial training so that the student could get further exposed and acquire knowledge and skills to be applied in the working environment.
