A comprehensive report on industrial training carried out at Busitema University, Arapai Campus farm.

Abstract

In Summary, during the 10 weeks of the Industrial Training Course Module 1303 in BUAC Fann from 28th/March/2022 to 3rd/May/2022, I was able to carry out the following activities summarized in this page.

Chapter 1: Introduces BUAC as a public University with a multi - compass model of seven compasses i.e., Busitema, Namasagali, Pallisa, Nagongera, Kamuli, Mbale and Arapai However I carried out my Industrial Training from Arapai Farm with these objectives; To develop the students' hands on Skills and Knowledge, TO teach the students Farm management skills and to enable the students develop interests and love for farming.

Chapter 2: Describes the different attachments carried out in the different sections of the farm.

Chapter 3: Talks about the impacts of the attachment, this consists of the skills gained during the exercise, challenges, Influence to the future career and relationship of the activities with lecture room knowledge.

Chapter 4: Contains the recommendation and conclusion, and finally appendices.
