Abstract:
This report contains the description of the field attachment, objectives, background, organization structure, and the organization culture in Murchison falls national park. Chapter one contains the background of the national park, the organizational structure and the internship objectives and the activities carried out in different departments. Chapter two outlines the materials and the methods used during the internship program me in Murchison falls national park cutting across all departments that I went through when I was in the national park. Chapter three entails detailed information about the materials and methods that I used while at workplace, results and discussion, areas of improvement and a proposed workplace and how it can be achieved. Chapter four entails how the internship contributed to my professional growth as a student and SWOT of Murchison falls national park. Chapter five includes the conclusion and recommendation of the field attachment report held at Murchison Falls National Park.
