Abstract

This report contains the description of the field attachment, objectives, background, organization structure, and the organization culture in Murchison falls national park. Chapter one contains the background of the national park, the organizational structure and the internship objectives and the activities carried out in different departments. Chapter two outlines the materials and the methods used during the internship program me in Murchison falls national park cutting across all departments that I went through when I was in the national park.
