An industrial training report carried out Kaproron town council from 28th Feb to 22nd April 2022.

Abstract

In respect to the department of Agriculture at Busitema University Arapai campus, it is a prerequisite to undertake industrial training for partial fulfilment for award of Certificate in general agriculture. Industrial training is a mod carried outside the classroom. It exposes students to practical skills which Involve visiting agricultural offices and handling different enterprises like animal vaccination, and farmer registration. The objective of this study was to enhance theoretical skills and knowledge learnt in class with hands-on practical skills and applied edge. I had my internship for a period of two months. Chapter two covers the description of attachments which are the activities taken during the industrial training period The following the activities which carried out during my industrial training example vaccination. Chapter three entails the Importance of attachment which is skills gamed during the industrial training and challenges faced we're I was able to gain skills in vaccination and others. One of the major problems during my industrial training was heavy rainfall which hindered some of the activities. The scope of work • The study was carried out under the following activities • Visiting the organization to seek acceptance and mandate enterprises • Preparation for industrial training for example sharing with supervisors, and making timetables, and activity plans. • Conducting the training in a selected enterprise • Writing reports and editing • Binding and submission of Industrial report. Key objectives of the study. • To enable me to get hands-on experience in real-life situations I'm expected to work in when I graduate. • To provide opportunities to apply principles and opportunities theoretically learned into real life • To develop my understanding of work ethics and employment demands
