Abstract:
The attachment period consisted of many different responsibilities both within the office and outside in the field with the farmers. This majorly introduces the various tasks performed during attachment as this was run for a period of ten weeks and the training was both in the field and offices, the report therefore summarizes the all that w one in I T as described: Chapter one: provides the summary of the organization’s mode of operation and the structural set up of the place inclusive, different tasks assigned to each individual, how to operate, the vision and mission of the organization. Chapter two: of this piece introduces the various methodology used during the attachment period like quarterly staff meetings, individual interviews, farm visits and it o highlights the planned activities, and the materials used This chapter also clearly describes most of the activities performed during the attachment namely orientation, donor field visits, sensitization on crop insurance, trade show learning, trainings on climate smart agriculture, organic pesticide formulation, nursery bed preparations, training on farming as a business monitoring of farmers activities, trainings on kitchen gardens, demos briquettes making. Chapter three: introduces and entails the social conditions at work like atmosphere, work conditions and evaluation of the individual signed tasks and monitoring situations, lessons learnt, skills and qualifications obtained correlation of the assigned task with class room knowledge, assigned tasks influences of the attachment to future carrier, this chapter generally highlights the impacts of the attachment to my personal future carrier Finally, chapter four: entails the conclusion and the recommendation of the whole report during the attachment exercise which shows the skills and lessons learnt while in the field This chapter also highlights the observations about the sector or the organizations Appendices; this shows photos and work plans during the trainings field visits and finally the references of the report.
