Abstract:
This report analyses the Internship training which I carried out at Rosa & co in Kampala district and partly in King Millers for a period of 8weeks and 2 weeks respectively (01-March to May 2022) to fulfil the requirement needed for award of a bachelors’ degree of agribusiness at Busitema university putting into practice much of the theoretical knowledge learnt in class to acquire practical skills in the business field. This report is divided into four chapters where the first chapter describes the introduction, background, location, mission, vision, objectives, goals and organizational structure of ROSA & co.
The second chapter examines the detailed activities I carried out while at ROSA & co and while at King Milers which included data entry, bank reconciliation, book keeping, banking and supervising wheat milling, doing wheat quality control, wheat weighing and packaging respectively.
The third chapter examines the different skies and qualifications I attained at ROSA & CO and at King Millers during the industrial as the influence of the training to my future career plans.
The fast chapter bares the conclusion and the recommendations that should be put in place for the perfection of the learning of students such as employing of more skilled personnel’s to guide and teach students on how to perform various activities as far as agribusiness is concerned.
The report concludes with the appendix baring the work plan, photos of me carrying out some activities and references for further review of the activities carried out while in the field.
