Abstract

The report explains its body thoroughly and enlight's on key topics covered in different four chapters: The main purpose of this approach is to engage students practically at their field of specialization. These chapters clearly give a fundamental root map about the report. That includes; Chapter one clearly introducing the report and talks further on the background of Olila Dairy Farm front the initiation to 'the current state, Vision, Mission, Farm organogram and Objectives of Industrial Training. Chapter two states the description of attachment or activities carried out during the industrial training i.e., Diary production and management, Piggery farming and maize project for both grain and silage making. Chapter three Comprises of Skills and Qualification gained, Responsibilities undertaken, Challenges faced Influence of training in future and correlation of activities with classroom knowledge. Finally, Chapter four explain conclusions and recommendations figured out from an analytical internship attachment.
