dc.description.abstract The industrial training was carried out at Kasajja stock farm located in Nakaloke sub county Kolonyi zone one, Mbale district from28th of February t06th of ma2022. The farm deals in livestock rearing which include the following dairy cattle, aquaculture, apiculture and also deals in crops like banana production, orchard, rice production, maize production and pasture establishment This report was compiled during my industrial training the lasted for 10 weeks at Kasajja stock farm, The major purpose of this training is to fulfill the requirements needed for a partial fulfillment in Diploma in animal production and Management and also to put theoretical knowledge got from class into practice and get exposed to the farmers. The farm activities were carried out from Monday to Thursday and outreaches to Farmers Were carried out every Friday. Chapter one covers the identification of industrial training clearly including the location, mission of the farm, objectives, Background, climate and vegetation of kasajja stock farm Chapter two covers the description of attachment of Several activities like deworming, spraying cattle, crop disease diagnosis? hay making, dipping of animals, agriculture, pasture establishment, serial Crop establishment, pasture identification, banana management and castration, Silage making and others. Chapter three. entails the importance of attachment that is skills gained during industrial training, responsibilities, how the training influence my future career plans, how the training relates to class room work. Chapter four contains conclusion and recommendations to Kasajja stock and the university. During this training 1 encountered some challenges like inadequate tools and equipment for carrying out-activities, bad weather, moving long distance for outreach to Farmers and water scarcity but I managed to complete my training successfully. Above all, I recommend Kasajja stock farm to at least buy More tools and equipment s and also adopt the use of borehole Water as a supplement other than depending on only underground water which only operates when electricity is on. en_US
