Industrial training report carried out in Kocheka sub county, in Bukedea district.

Abstract

This industrial training report is prepared on the basis of my two and half-month practical experience at Kocheka Sub County, Bukedea District in Eastern Uganda. This report is mainly incorporated with my experience and practical scenarios obtained especially in capacity building of farmers, research and development works in Livestock Production and management and other cross cutting issues like information exchange through use of ICT.

The report consists of four chapters. In the first unit, the report, provides information about the hosting institution. It starts from the history of the institution and continues to listing of the projects the company has untaken from time it has been established. Also in this unit, it contains, the mission, visions and objectives of the institution.

In second unit of the report, it describes mainly about the internship experience. It starts by describing the sections I had been working on and continues to tell the different types of tasks that I had accomplished.

In third unit of the report, it describes assessment of the internship and the overall benefits that I have gained from this internship experience. It further divides the overall benefits into details and tries to explain them,

After knowing the scenarios or Kocheka S/county, in terms of their employee satisfaction a lot of recommendations came up. Finally, the report also consists recommendations and conclusion according to my point of view, which I think would improve the environment of the organization if implemented.
