Abstract:
This field attachment was undertaken from Homa Farm Limited (HFL) in the partial fulfillment for the award of diploma in animal production and management. Those of this exercise was to put practice theory learnt at the university to student good management and agronomic practice to develop student's knowledge and skill practically etc. The attachment is sub divided into chapter i.e., Chapter 1, Is the introductory part of the report it consists of the location, historical back ground, objective, activities, funding future p s and organization structure of the institute, purpose of the training and expected outcomes after the exercise. Chapter2, Description of the attachment contain in the activities done during attachment. Chapter3, Impact of the attachment, this consist of the skills gained during the exercise, challenges, influence to future career and relationship of the activities with classroom knowledge. Chapter4, Contain the challenges, conclusion and recommendation.
