Industrial training report on animal production and management training undertaken at Nabuin ZARDI, Lorengedwat, Nabilatuk.

Abstract

This report is an elaboration of the entire Industrial training carried out at Nabuin ZARDI whereby I participated in Orientation, various experimental studies, Animal treatment, body condition scoring, weighing animals, Animal selection, restraint, tick profiling, age estimation, making the propolis tincture, packing and process of honey and biting a catcher box as activities in the animal department and the apiary, then pond management, fish feeding, soil sampling and the experimental design set up in crop, data collection soil science and aquaculture respectively. Therefore, these activities have helped me in building my scientific reasoning, practical skill work and have helped me relate my coursework theory into practice so I now believe that my abilities, knowledge and skills gained in this practical and scientific session can make a great agricultural practitioner in any angle of the globe.
