A report on industrial training carried out at Mountain Harvest Coffee Limited Uganda (MH).

Abstract

This is the Summary of the report carried out at Mountain Harvest Coffee Limited Uganda (MH) from 28th /02/2022 to 06th /05/2022. This report has four chapters and they include the following.

In chapter one, it highlights the introduction, historical background, staff funding, facilities, organization structure, activities and objectives of the industrial training at mountain harvest coffee limited Uganda.

In chapter two, it descripts the. description of attachments carried out at the organization like famer trainings on agronomic practices, distribution of coffee seedlings, hive inspection and honey harvesting, Nursery bed management.

In chapter three, it focuses on the impact of the attachment like skills and qualifications gained from attachment like skills in nursery bed raising and management, Extension Skills; Training skills, Pest and disease control measures, Training of famers on coffee agronomic practices and this. chapter also consists of the responsibilities under taken during the trainings, attachment activities that correlated •with classroom work, challenges faced during the training-like poor scheduling of famers while caring out field trainings, inadequate tools and equipments during stumping, pruning e.g., pruning saw, secateurs and their solutions.

In chapter four, it contains conclusion and recommendations like. provision of more tools and equipments, recruiting more field coordinators to organize famers during famer field trainings and also contain appendices and references.
