Abstract

Industrial training is one of the course modules at Busitema University done by all students for the partial fulfilment of academic credit reward. Students attached to different organizations, farms among others of their own choice to learn how to carry out different activities in the field and in the office. This helps students to acquire practical skills in the field, develop confidence through interacting with different Farmers and other people, find out problems most Farmers face and how to go about them. look at ways of developing and achieving future career plans of students. I would request the University to give more time to students so that they can carry out most activities and interact more with different Farmers and people for their own benefit.
