Abstract:
The industrial training was carried out in Uganda Martyrs Vocation Institution with the aim of enabling agribusiness students to acquire practical skills, knowledge, socialise and interact with community for real life experience outside classroom. This creates opportunities and innovations in businesses related to agricultural setting.
This report consists of back ground of Uganda martyrs vocation institution, mission, vision, objectives of the organisation, organisation structure, tasks of the organisation, activities carried out by the internee during attachment, activities carried out by the agriculture section in the organisation, mentorship abilities, relationship of the organisation with the community, skills gained by the internee during attachment, responsibilities held, influence of the attachment to my future career, relationship of industrial training with classroom knowledge, challenges of agriculture section in Uganda martyrs, recommendation and conclusions.
