An internship report carried out at Lyama town council Budaka district local government.

Abstract

The field report is about training that was conducted at Lyama Town Council for a period of 2 months and covers five chapters which summarize the background of the organization where the internship exercise was carried out, the objectives of the field study, the benefits to the student, university, and the organization.; location, mission, vision, the activities carried out by the internee among others.

The report also puts out the lessons, skills and experiences required by the internee during the exercise, the challenges faced by the internee, organization, workers, recommendations by the internee to address the challenges.

Lastly it has copies of the internship work plan, placement letter, map of Uganda showing location of Budaka, Map of Budaka District showing location of Lyama Town Council.
