Industrial training report carried out at Loroo sub-county Amudat district from 20th/May/2019 to 26th/July/2019.

Abstract

The following report entails the institutional details and activities performed during the two-month training period at Amudat district Local Government covers the overall objective of the internship program as per the needs of the University and the overall picture of work done during my internship period Internship is one of the cove areas of the University and is aimed at practical training and hands on experience of Students in preparation for the highly competitive labor market. Ifs geared towards enabling students to link theory to practice so as to boost their competence in meeting the dynamic demands of the labor market. ln bid to fulfil such requirements as entailed in the purpose of internship described by the university, Amudat DLG took us through various activities including, Data Analysis Groundnut agronomy, vaccination of animals and chicken, establishment of nursery beds, training of farmers, transplanting of tomato seedlings (money maker), to list but a few. This report particularly has four chapters whose contents are described follows; Chapter one describes the overall structure of the organization where the intern trained from in detailed. Chapter two describes the activities carried out in the organization Chapter three describes assignments performed, methods used to do the various assignments and analysis of activities and findings during my internship the skills attained from the time spent in the organization during internship placement. Chapter four talk$ about the challenges, recommendations and the conclusion.
