Abstract:
This is a report of the first field attachment carried out at Amelia farm Nankwanga kikubamutwe village Wakisi division Buikwe district. The main purpose for this Internship was to provide opportunity for the students to apply knowledge and skills acquired In class to solve real life problems in communities and future work in environment The objectives of internship training were to expose the student to a wider range of agricultural practices In the field to enable the student analyze the farming system assess the innovations in the area on the line of organizations, technologies and unique services like extension along the value chain of production as well as assessing the community needs. In the process of gaining information and the skills the following approaches were applied which include: interviewing, consulting community key Informants.
