Industrial training report carried out at Rubbyerwa dairy investment limited.

Abstract

This industrial training is base on dairy farming management. The industrial training took 10 weeks from 28thFeb, 2022 to 06th May, 2022 and was carried at Rubyenva Dairy Investments in Rwanyamahanbe Town Council, Kashari county Barrera district aimed at acquisition of skills in dairy business The practical areas that were covered in animal department include animal identification, record keeping, ear tagging, milking, pasture management, cleaning of milking parlors and calf pens, bucket feeding, diseases like cost fever, milk fever, calf scours and treatment Through participation in the different management practices, skills and knowledge were attained which are reported in this text, However, some challenges were encounted during this period of training and these are highlighted in this report and also conclusions were made.
