A report on attachment/Internship at Busitema University Arapai farm.

Abstract

This field attachment was undertaken from Arapai farm in the partial fulfillment for the award of diploma in animal production and management. The purpose of this exercise was to put practice theory learnt at the university to train student good management and agronomic practice to develop students' knowledge and skill practically etc. The attachment is sub divided into chapter i.e.

Chapter1, Is the introductory part of the report it consists of the location, historical background, objective, activities, funding, future plans and need and the organization structure of the institute, purpose of the training and expected outcomes after the exercise.

Chapter2. Description of attachment Contain the activities done during the attachment.

Chapter3. Impact of attachment, this consist of the skills gained during the exercise, challenges, influence to future career and relationship of the activities with classroom knowledge.

Chapter4. Contain the recommendation and conclusion and then appendices.
