A report on internship carried out in Soroti district local government.

Abstract

Meat inspection at abattoir is one the most important activities in the field of work that I carried out and cannot only be looked, while at abattoir management there were reasons as to why the abattoir staff are failing to perform to their best because of high population of business people that cause congestion, shortage water at the slaughter room, inadequate staff disease infestations in the animals for the carcass and many others.

The study shall also be looking at the existing lecture which other researchers have ever gone through on the related topic of study. On this topic the researchers shall be handling the relationship between treatments, vaccinations, trainings and advisory services in the communities.

The research designed in this study shall be descriptive and correlation design.
