Internship conducted at Puti - Puti sub county in Pallisa district.

Abstract

This report was compiled from Pallisa with the effort from the staff of VET officers, my university supervisor and it consists of six chapters.

Chapter one consists of the introduction of the organization, background, location, vision, mission of the sub county.

Chapter two explains the organization structure, explains the organization chain, objectives, strategies and attainment of the objectives.

Chapter three explains the activities of the sub county services, challenges and possible interventions.

Chapter four talks about the case profile proceeding of each case, key observations and interventions to be taken.

Chapter five explains the objectives e internship, challenges encountered by the internee, possible solutions.

Chapter six consists of the skills acquired during the internship, recommendations and the conclusion of the internship.
