An industrial training report carried out in Awoja river side farm and leisure park.

Abstract

Busitema University Arapai Campus in this case sent some of its students to Awoga River Side Farm to learn the practical part of most of theories we have been learning. The farm offered us all the necessary items we needed for learning, the farm Director introduced us to the Farm and handed us to the farm manager where learnt many activities and obtained much skills and knowledge. Some of the activities include; partispation from the trade show, making compost manure, making liquid manure that was applied in the back yard gardens and soil sterilization for the soil to be used in, nursery and in the green house. Some other activities were nursery bed establishment for all vegetable seed bed preparations for watermelon growing, eggplant beetroot onions kale green paper and all their agronomic practices. The last but not least activity was kitchen garden making and vegetables land scape growing.
