A report for industrial training carried out at Nakalama sub county under agro max training farm Iganga district.

Abstract

The industrial training commenced on 16th /May / 2016 and ended on 22nd /Aug /2016. The main objective of the whole process was to expose students to a practical environment that is backed up by theoretical back ground at the university. Under this program, I was attached to Agro max training farm in Iganga district where I got involved in different sections for a period of ten weeks involving myself in different activities which are classified into different groups according to their family and use which include cereals, horticultural crops and legumes. And the report elaborates the management practices, skills and problems encountered during the whole process.
