dc.description.abstract This report is a compilation of what I learnt and did during my industrial training program at Wera sub-county which is a government entity under Amuria district local government from 28th February to 06th May, 2022. This was designated by Busitema University, Faculty of Agriculture and animal Sciences Arapai Campus with an intension of building the capacity of the students pursuing different programs in practical skills related to their areas of specialization in various fields of agriculture in comparison with theoretical knowledge acquired from class as well as serving as a partial requirement for the award of a Diploma in Animal Production and Management.
