Abstract:
This report was compiled during my industrial training that lasted for 10 weeks at Kasajja stock farm. The major purpose of this training Is to fulfil the requirements needed for a partial fulfilment in certificate in general agriculture and also to put theoretical knowledge got from class into practice.
Chapter one covers the identification of industrial training clearly including the location, mission of the farm, objectives, Background, climate and vegetation of Kasajja stock farm
Chapter two covers the description of attachment of several activities like deworming, spraying cattle, crop disease diagnosis, hay making, dipping of animals, apiculture, pasture establishment, serial crop establishment, pasture identification, banana management and castration, silage making
Chapter three entails the importance of attachment that is skills gained during industrial training, responsibilities, how the training influence my future career plans, how the training relates to class room work.
