Abstract:
In this internship framing report, the trainee Introduces you to industrial training, historical background, vision, mission, motto, strategic objectives, organization structure and collaboration of BUAC. The report describes all a activities carried out during industrial training period and these includes; establishment of a new and managing the old banana plantation, field marking in crop sections, mushroom production, zero grazing unit, body condition score, record keeping, quarantine of animals, deworming in animals as well as vaccination, furthermore maize production in personal field plots.
The trainee talks about skills and qualifications gained by e trainee, responsibilities undertaken by the trainee, influence of the section to the trainee's future career plans, how industrial training activities correlated with classroom knowledge.
Finally, the report talks about the findings from industrial training, general conclusions, observation about the section, challenges faced by the trainee and recommendations furthermore at extreme end page are appendix, work plan and reference.
