Abstract

This training was done at ACILA ENTERPRISES LTD The ultimate goal of study is to expose students to practical aspects of the entire study helping them to bridge the gap between theory in class and the practical aspect of it in the field. It therefore provides hand on services [experience to the student]. The industrial training was important because of experience gained from various sections of Demo garden establishment, agronomy, post-harvest handling and Farming as A business, Monitoring and Evaluation. The training was really helpful for implementing what was taught in class theoretically in to practical for future studies.
