An industrial report carried out at Busitema university Arapai campus farm

Abstract

This report is containing both animal and crop activities which have been carried out in. Arapai farm. The following are the activities which were carried out, they include disease identification like eye infection, treatment of sick animals, castration of pigs ,disbudding of calves, manure collection, pasture management, chopping of pasture for dairy cows, spraying the animals, then under crop section the following activities were carried out watering seedlings in green house, pruning and deleafing tomato plants, orchard management, transplanting egg plants and weeding; earthing up of tomatoes. Above all I would like to conclude that most class room work will be put in to practical before students are dispersed for industrial training.
