Abstract:
This report is compilation of all I learnt and did during. industrial training; it's a requisite for the partial fulfilment of their requirement of the award of diploma in crop production and management. The IT report was compiled which contains the background, vision, mission, core values, objectives of the organization, objectives of the IT and organizational structure. The main objective of IT was to acquire practical skills in the field, relate classroom information with the practical aspect of the course. The various activities were carried out like onion, tomatoes, eggplant, beans, cowpeas and okra production and management. Other activities like business grants; unconditional cash transfer IGAS, youth on business Skills and Others
During the IT various skills were gained, several responsibilities were carried out and implications for the future and Career planning. Though the IT was successfully ended some challenges were faced like distance from the field, language barrier and other.
And finally conclusion and recommendation were made and given both to the university and the organization.
