An industrial training report carried out at Pakwach town council local government, Pakwach district from 28th Feb to 06th May 2022

Abstract

This report is all about an industrial training that was carried out at PAKWACH TOWN COUNCIL local government, which is located at the centre of Pakwach district Jonam county. The training was conducted from 28/Feb/2022 to 06/May/2022. This reports covers areas of the history and geographical information of the Town council, location of the place, Vision, Mission, objectives and Organizing structure of the town council, this report also covered all the various activities that was attended by trainee during the training, The activities was both office works like compiling farmer data, etc. and farmer field visit ,field marking, planting difference type of crops and training farmer on crops protection And this made me gain communication skill, I also learned some problem facing farmer in the community. Not only were the activities very many for the student during the training and the student embraced on areas like skills gained from the training, responsibility undertaken during the training, influence of the activity to the future plans, correlation between the attachment activities and classroom knowledge, challenges faced during the training, and finally some of the suggested solution to some of the challenges that I had learned This report also contains the recommendations, conclusion and work plan of the report, appendices and finally the references.
