Abstract:
The report was written after industrial training at Kawacom U., ltd Sipi project. The training took two month and two weeks from 20th may to 26thJuly 2019
The major activities were inspection and certification, soil and water conservation, diversification, soil sampling and testing, biogas and coffee agronomy, farm visits, student projects, horticulture and organic farming and trainings
This report has four chapters, chapter one covers introduction to industrial to industrial training, location of Kawacom U., ltd Sipi project, historical background of Kawacom U., ltd Sipi project, present mandate and methodology used in data collection
Chapter two describes the activities done during the industrial training period in different sections of standards and certification requirements i.e. farm Inspections, soil sampling and testing, soil and water conservation, diversification, biogas, farm visits, student's project and trainings
Chapter three covers challenges faced during attachment, skills gained and how industrial training influences my future career
Chapter four covers conclusions and recommendation.
