A report for industrial training carried out from Busitema university Arapai campus

Abstract

This report is about the industrial training that was conducted in Arapai farms found in Busitema university Arapai campus, it was done for 10 weeks (May 21st/2018 - July 27th/2018). It was carried out weekly i.e. (Mon-Fri) and was done on both crop and animal sections where various activities conducted in the sections named above i.e. in crop section the activities include pruning, weeding, planting, spraying, greenhouse establishment, soil steaming, bagging of soils, marketing of vegetables and in animal section, the activities include cleaning animal houses, repair of animal houses, disease investigation, treatment of sick animals, spraying the animals to control parasites, feed formulation, etc. This has equipped me with a lot knowledge and skills mostly in practical both in animal and crop sections, I am now in position to transform communities with improved agricultural methods.
