Industrial training report carried out in Busitema university Arapai campus farm for the period of 10 weeks

Abstract

This report is about industrial training which involves exposure of students to field activities to acquire working experience and share the knowledge obtained in the lecture room with the community It was carried out at Arapai farms found in Busitema University Arapai Campus and it was done for 10 weeks starting from 20th may up to 26th July 2019 This report consists of the introduction which shows the Historical background of the farm, Organizational structure, Objectives, Mission, and Vision It also consists of chapter two where some of the activities carried out in both crop and animal sections were; field marking, planting bananas using suckers, aging of animals, feed formulation among others respectively. It also consists of impacts of the attachment, responsibilities, correlation of the attachment, challenges faced during the training, conclusions and recommendations. It also has the work plan, photos and references. This has equipped me with a lot of knowledge and skills mostly in practical's both in crop and animal sections. I am now in position to transform communities with improved Agricultural methods.
