This is a composition of four different chapters which introduce the reader to statements details of activities accomplished during industrial training from 28/Feb to 03/May 2022 at Rwentutha town council in Bushenyi district. Chapter one introduces the reader about the background information of the attachment organization and objectives of the agency. Chapter two describes sensitizing crop farmers on coffee berry disease, coffee wilt and banana weevils, banana production and agronomic practices like planting and gap filling, de-suckering, earthlining up, staking, pruning, manuring, thinning. Agronomic practices in pineapples like training and pruning, staking and trellising a visit on various farms such as onions and sukuma fields, tomato, cabbage fields and also at demonstration site for maize where different practices were carried out fertilizer application and meetings and monitoring. Chapter three explains the impacts of the attachments to me as a student say; skills gained, responsibilities that I undertook during the attachment, the influence of the attachment activities with classroom knowledge and the challenges I encountered during the training like inadequate facilitation to aid movement to distant places, taking photographs of farmers, prints and produce reports, weather changes of the day like much sunshine and un abrupt rainfall also interfered with the daily activities, most farmers do not keep record of their activity and most farmers are still rigid to changes in agriculture like mechanization plus remoteness of some areas with inaccessible roads and chapter four is about the conclusion and the recommendations I made.
