dc.description.abstract This report explains and evaluates the knowledge and skills that I was able to obtain from my industrial training at NaCRRI for two months from 1st/06/2018 to 31st/07/2018. Chapter one talks about the back ground of the institute from where I conducted my industrial training, vision, mission and strategic objectives of the institute farm layout and methodology of the industrial training. Chapter two talks about activities carried out at NaCRRI i.e. growing and management practices of beans, rice, maize, vegetables, mangoes, cassava, sweet potato and others. Chapter three talks about the experiences and skills obtained from the training. Chapter four gives a clear picture about the challenges, recommendations and conclusions about the industrial training that was conducted at NaCRRI, this chapter also contains a list of references used in the collection of data used in the compilation of this training report. en_US
