A report of industrial training carried out at Ngetta zonal agricultural research and development institute-Ngetta ZARDI

Abstract

This report' gives the general introduction of the organization which I did my industrial training for a period of 21/2 month from 20 May -26 July 2019. The major activities were carried in the following sections adaptive research, agro forestry, Horticulture, sustainable land management, Dairy and Goats Units. This report beats four chapters, historical background, Ideation, mission, objectives of the attachment in chapter one while chapter two talks about the detailed activities done during the training. Impacts of the attachment; challenges encountered and skills gained is well explained in chapter three. Then chapter four talks about recommendation and conclusion while appendices and references in the last part.
