The study was limited to E-procurement and service delivery in Ngora District Local Government. The study anchored on one theory dynamic capability theory. A sample of 52 respondents were determined using Krejcie Morgan (1970). The main purpose of the study was to establish the effect of e- procurement on service delivery. The study based on different e procurement forms like e ordering, e sourcing and e tendering as independent variables and service delivery in form of reduced lead-time, value for money and reduced bureaucracy as dependent variables. Based on the results and decisions described, it can be concluded that electronic Procurement that consists of e ordering, e sourcing and e tendering has great effect on service delivery. From the findings of objective one, it was concluded that embracing E ordering by Ngora District Local Government leads to improved service delivery. An exclusive study on the E-procurement constraints facing Districts in Uganda should be carried out. Future research should be conducted on determinants of E procurement adoption and performance in Uganda and compare their performance over a period using secondary data. en_US
