Industrial training report carried out at cooperation and development training center Alito, Kole district from 22/08/2022 to 14/10/2022.

Abstract

This report gives the general introduction of the organization from which I did my industrial training including introduction, background, location, mission and different skills attained. However, industrial training refers to the transformation of classroom theoretical knowledge to practical skills. Chapter two elaborates full details of the activities we carried out including orientation, objectives of orientation and description of activities carried out during my industrial training both is crop and animal production like in crop production include making of organic super grow, organic pesticide, nursery bed preparation, organic liquid manure among others and in animal production includes disease investigation, disease treatment, deworming, spraying, castration, feed formulation etc. The impact of attachment, skills gained, responsibilities undertaken during my industrial training, influence of attachment to my future career and correlation between attachment activities and lecture room knowledge are clearly shown in chapter three of this report. The conclusion, general observation and recommendation are in chapter four then lastly with appendices.
