Chapter two depicts and describes the activities carried out during the attachment in the organization which ranges from training on GAP’s to farmers, carrying out farm inspections, nursery bed management, collection of coordinates data entry and so many others
Chapter three focuses on the impact of the attachment like skills, qualifications gained, and how classroom knowledge was put into practice in the field of attachment such as formation of groups and the dynamics of groups, nursery bed management practices, extension services, IPM etc. this chapter also explains the purposes of the industrial training and the challenges that I faced in the place of attachment
Chapter four comprises of the conclusions and the recommendations I made after my stay at Kawacom Uganda limited .in conclusion my attachment to Kawacom went on a success this was based on the skills and knowledge that I gained from Kawacom for the period of time I was there, however there were areas that required more intervention so as to obtain the best results.
Basing on the weak point sit therefore recommended on the following; I recommended that more trainings are carried out so as to equip farmers with more knowledge and skills on coffee. I also recommended that more research needs to be conducted by Kawacom and any other interested people on the aspect of organic inputs and products since it’s a very important venture in the future
To come to my conclusions and the recommendations I made a general review and evaluated each activity we carried out and the outcomes at the end of the period and the main component I used in the evaluation process were the resources allocated to each of these activities.
