dc.description.abstract |
There is no data about the prevalence of hydatidosis in goats and sheep slaughtered at Iganga municipal abattoir despite it posing a huge risk to the population. In addition, diseases drain a country’s economy and therefore identifying them earlier helps to prevent on their spread but also reduce on their burden to farmers through treatments. This research seeks to address such challenges and may be also a valuable source of information in future policy formulation. |
