This research aimed at Designing a forward and reverse bias diode that is applied in many areas like rectification, radios, logic gates (ON and OFF)
The research was guided by the following objectives, construction of a pn junction diode, working principle of the pn junction and biasing of a diode.
The main focus of the project is on designing a forward and reverse biased diode using the semi-conductor. |
