Industrial training report carried out at Franciscan Brothers Adraa Agriculture college Madi Okollo district.

Abstract

This report entails activities carried out in Franciscan Brothers Adraa Agriculture College from 28th Feb to 6th May 2022.

Chapter one described the background of the college, vision, mission, objectives of AAC, core values of the college, gender composition of the college and the organization structure of the college.

Chapter two described organization of the departments of the attachments of the college, the human resources in each section and activities carried out in the attachment. The sections of the attachment were livestock, BDC, demonstration plots, vegetable growing, field crops, ODP, Tree and tree fruits nursery.

Chapter three covered the impact of the like skills and qualifications attained during the attachment, the responsibilities I undertook during the attachment, influence of the attachment to my future career plans, how the activities in the attachment correlates with my classroom knowledge, and the challenges I faced during the attachment.

Chapter four was the last chapter in this report and it described the conclusive remarks and the recommendations that were derived from the experience of the ten weeks of the attachment.
